Blueberry Pound Cake

Ingredients
1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
2 large eggs
1 1/3 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups blueberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In large mixing bowl, mix cake mix, cream cheese, eggs, water, and vanilla.  Fold in blueberries and pecans.  Pour batter into a 10-inch bundt pan coated with nonstick cooking spray and dusted with flour.  Bake for 40 minutes or until done.  Cool in pan for 20 minutes, invert onto serving dish, and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.  Do not overcook.

Makes 20 servings.
