Kahlua Spiced Peaches

2 large cans of peaches - Drain 1 1/2 cups of syrup.
In a saucepan put in. 1 1/2 cups of syrup 1/2 cup of Kahlua 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup wine vinegar 2 sticks of cinnamon lemon and organ rinds
Bring to a boil, and then simmer (low heat for 5 minutes) Let cool, pour over sliced peaches. Chill in refrigerator.
