½ lb pound 2 c sugar 1 tsp vanilla 3 eggs 4 c flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 lb ricotta cheese
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Alternate dry ingredients with ricotta to the cream mixture. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350* oven about 15 minutes.
ICING
½ box 10x sugar ½ stick butter ½ egg ½ tsp vanilla 1 Tbs milk
