Stuffing

1 can olives 1 lb. pork or sausage - cut into small pieces 1 lb. veal - cut into small pieces 1/4 lb. of prosciutto 2 carrots - diced finely 3 stalks of celery - diced finely 2 onions - diced finely 1 stick of butter add small amt. of water -
Put all ingrediants into pot. Simmer for 3 hrs.
Cool - add 4 eggs and 1 loaf of bread. Stuffing should be moist.
(Double the receipe will stuff the turkey, plus make two casseroles of stuffing)
